Name after the change: YYST Network Engineering CO., Ltd

Business Scope: professional contracting, labor subcontracting, construction general subcontracting: construction project management; technology development, technology transfer, technology consulting, and technical services for electronics, communication and automatic control technology research; conference services; exhibition and exhibition activities, sales of computers, software and auxiliary equipment, electronic products; maintenance of machinery and equipment; computer systems integration; engineering design. (Market subjects shall independently select business projects and carry out business activities in accordance with law; engineering design and projects that require approval in accordance with law, and shall carry out business activities in accordance with approved contents after approval by relevant departments, and shall not engage in business activities of projects prohibited and restricted by the state and the city's industrial policy).

2. After the company's name change, the original bank account, account number, tax number, contact phone number and fax number will remain unchanged.

3. Since September 14, 2020, the original official seal, contract chapter, financial special chapter and all kinds of business special chapter will cease to use.

4. The change of the company name will not affect the original rights and obligations of our company, as well as the various contracts, cooperation agreements and other legal instruments signed by external parties will be inherited by YYST Network Engineering CO., Ltd.
